Order Processing Times

I am usually able to hand-make and post your item(s) within 2-4 days of the order date, depending on the complexity and number of items ordered.

Please be aware however that it can very occasionally take up to 6 or 7 days for orders to ship during very busy periods. This is also the case for personalised items. If you would like reassurance that I'll be able to ship your order within the time frame you need, please send me an email to jo@tinyscenic.com before placing your order and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

You will receive an email when your order is placed and another when it has been dispatched. 

 

Shipping: UK Customers

UK-based customers can choose between the following shipping options at the checkout:

- Royal Mail Tracked 24: £3.30 (Tracked 1st Class Service)
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: £2.70 (Tracked 2nd Class Service)

The packaging box will fit through your letter box and will not require a signature upon delivery. (If you would prefer a Signed-For service, please get in touch prior to ordering and I'll help).

*FREE DELIVERY*
There is no postage charge on orders of £75 and above.
Your order will be sent using Royal Mail's 'Tracked with Signature' service. (If you are not at home when the postie calls, you will receive a card so you can arrange a re-delivery or to collect locally).

 

Shipping: International Customers

Outside of the UK, we can currently ship to the following countries: United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. (If you live elsewhere in the world, please order via our Etsy store).

International orders are sent using Royal Mail’s International Tracked Service and the price will be calculated at the check-out. Once I have made and dispatched your items, international post tends to take around 10 working days, but it can occasionally take quite a bit longer which is unfortunately out of my control. I recommend allowing plenty of time, especially if you are ordering gifts, and please take into account the time I need to prepare your order too (see processing times info above). 

Tiny Scenic cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred in your country upon receiving your order. Please check with your country's customs and border control regulations for more information on this. 

 

Changed your mind? Returns Policy

Tiny Scenic is happy to accept returns provided you notify us within the time-frames and follow the guidance below.

If you would like to return an item for a refund, please notify us within 14 days of receiving it, by sending an email to jo@tinyscenic.com and including your order number. Items must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging within 30 days of the day you received them.

Please note that due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned unless faulty. Nor can we refund personalised or custom-order items unless faulty, so please order carefully.

Once I have received your return I will issue you a refund, which will include any standard postage costs you paid at time of ordering (but not any additional fees paid if you chose expedited shipping upgrades). You will be reimbursed without undue delay; no later than 14 days from the date I receive the returned goods.

As a small business I can't unfortunately offer free returns – you will need to pay the return postage costs. Please use a postal method that covers you for the price of the item and please also obtain proof of postage as without that I can’t refund items should they unfortunately happen to get lost in the post.


Exchanges:
I'm afraid I can’t currently offer exchanges. If you wish to swap an item, please return your item for a refund (following the time-frame and process above) and then place a new order.


Check your address:

Please enter your address details carefully when you check out as Tiny Scenic cannot refund orders that didn’t reach you if the address you supplied was incorrect. If you’re using PayPal please make sure your PayPal account settings have your up-to-date address details, too.

 

Cancellations:
Please contact me asap if you have made an error when placing your order. If I haven’t begun making your items I may be able to amend/cancel it for you but this is not guaranteed.
