Shipping & Returns

Tiny Scenic items are handmade and usually made to order. Therefore, please allow up to seven days for your order to be shipped, especially during busy periods such as in the run-up to Christmas.

 

UK Domestic Shipping

Orders under £75 shipping to UK addresses costs £2.95.

Orders will be sent using Royal Mail's First Class Signed For Service and will require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home when your postie calls, you should receive a card from Royal Mail regarding local collection or how to arrange a redelivery. 

For orders of £75 and above the postage is free and your items will be sent with Royal Mail's 'Special Delivery by 1pm' service (excludes Saturday deliveries).

 

International Customers

We can currently ship to the following countries only: United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Orders are sent using Royal Mail’s International Tracked Service. Once dispatched delivery is usually between 7 and 10 working days but please allow longer if you are shopping for gifts since there can be hold-ups and it can occasionally take quite a bit longer.  The price will be calculated at the check-out.

If you live elsewhere in the world, please visit our Etsy store to place your order. If there is a particular item on our website that would you like (and you can't see it on Etsy), or you have any problems, email jo@tinyscenic.com and we'll help!


Tiny Scenic is not responsible for any import duties or sales tax payable in your country when you receive your order.

 

Changed your mind? Returns Policy

Tiny Scenic is happy to accept returns provided you notify us within the time-frames and follow the guidance below.

If you would like to return an item for a refund, please notify us within 14 days of receiving it, by sending an email to jo@tinyscenic.com and including your order number. Items must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging within 30 days of the day you received them.

Please note that due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned unless faulty. Nor can we refund personalised or custom-order items unless faulty, so please order carefully.

Once I have received your return I will issue you a refund, which will include any standard postage costs you paid at time or ordering (but not any additional fees paid if you chose expedited shipping upgrades). You will be reimbursed without undue delay; no later than 14 days from the date I received the returned goods.

As a small business I can't unfortunately offer free returns – you will need to pay the return postage costs. Please use a postal method that covers you for the price of the item and please also obtain proof of postage as without that I can’t refund items should they unfortunately get lost in the post.


Exchanges:
I'm afraid I can’t currently offer exchanges. If you wish to swap an item, please return your item for a refund (following the time-frame and process above) and then place a new order.


Check your address:

Please enter your address details carefully when you check out as Tiny Scenic cannot refund orders that didn’t reach you if the address you supplied was incorrect. If you’re using PayPal please make sure your PayPal account settings have your up-to-date address details, too.

 

Cancellations:
Please contact me asap if you have made an error when placing your order. If I haven’t begun making your items I may be able to amend/cancel it for you but this is not guaranteed.
