I can make and ship most items within 3-4 days of receiving your order (prints and ready-made items can usually ship next day). On every product page you'll find the processing time (the time it takes me to make that specific item), but if you'd like reassurance as to when I will post your item prior to ordering, just pop me an email. 

Yes of course, assuming they live in the same country you are ordering from. I can also add a gift message if you'd like, which you can add in the Notes section at checkout. If you have any questions, pop me an email.

All jewellery will come in a branded gift box along with a care card. All jewellery items are sent in a Large Letter postal box, so will fit through your letterbox without you needing to be home. For A3 prints and decor, you may need to be home to receive them, or collect from Royal Mail locally if they leave you a card. 

No, all prints are unframed, backed with cardboard and a protective cello envelope.  Tiny Scenic prints will fit standard A5, A4 and A3 frames (I personally like the Aluminus range from Habitat!)

I cannot currently offer exchanges - the item must be returned and a new order placed. For the Christmas period I will be running an extended returns window. Anyone wishing to return an unworn item in its original packaging can do so up until the 14th January.
